It’s difficult to ignore the mirror. I watch myself, and I have no idea what I am feeling. I am the body moving in front of the mirror, but I hardly notice. I am instead only eyes, reflected back – only a pattern of thoughts, judging. I turn to face the wall, and I am lost. At first. After the initial panic, I wake up in a new world.
